Andrew Kennedy Hutchison Boyd (1825–1899) was a prominent Scottish essayist and clergyman, known for his engaging and thought-provoking writings on a variety of subjects. Born on November 3, 1825, in Auchinleck, Ayrshire, Boyd became a significant literary figure during the 19th century.
