The boys are taking bets again over the new kid come to Gulinger High--a cute sophomore by the name of Megan Dalaine. But the bets are off when Rick Deacon identifies her as a witch from his home town. Megan is on a quest to find the heir of Deacon Enterprises, and she is not going to let anyone, mafi or ghoulie, stand in her way.
